At JMB Creative LLC, we specialize in custom and personalized products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Custom and Personalized Products

Because each item is made specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Custom apparel
• Personalized tumblers
• Graduation products
• Custom umbrellas
• Stoles
• Banners
• Yard signs
• Business branding products
• Personalized gifts

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Customer Approved Artwork

Once artwork or design proofs have been approved by the customer, JMB Creative LLC is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, colors, or design elements that were approved prior to production.
